军队药剂专业高级技术职务任职标准的探讨

目的：探讨科学、合理的军队药剂专业高级技术职务任职标准。方法：通过文献回顾和小型专家会议,建立初步方案。采用德尔菲法组织两轮专家函询,汇总专家意见,确定指标命名、权重及最低标准说明等。结果：分别针对总医院和中心医院,建立了由思想品德、专业知识、药剂工作、教学工作、科研工作、其他社会工作等6项一级指标、16项二级指标和14项三级指标（中心医院13项）构成的两个军队药剂专业高级技术职务任职标准体系。结论：建立军队药剂专业高级技术职务任职标准,是科学有效、公平公正地做好职称评审工作的必要前提。

Investigation of the qualification criteria for senior professional titles in the military pharmaceutical specialty

Objective： To explore scientific and rational qualification criteria for senior professional titles in the military pharmaceutical specialty. Methods： The initial scheme was established through the access of literature review and small specialist meetings. As a first step, 2 rounds of specialist consultations were held and performed by the Delphi method. Then, expert opinions were collected and summarized, index names/weight were identified, and minimum requirements were explained as well. Results： Two systems of senior professional qualification criteria for the military pharmaceutical titles were established respectively for general hospitals and central hospitals. The said systems included 6 first-level indicators （consisting of political ideology and morality, professional knowledge, pharmaceutical work, teaching, scientific research and other social activities）, 16 second level indicators, and 14 third level indicators （13 indicators in central hospitals）. Conclusion： The establishment of the qualification criteria for senior professional titles in the military pharmaceutical specialty is absolutely necessary for proper handling of qualification criteria evaluation of senior professional titles.
