| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨肝炎后肝硬化患者组织损伤程度与T淋巴细胞亚群及HBV DNA含量之间的关系。方法]T淋巴细胞亚群由KL型免疫系统检测，HBV DNA含量用PE5700型基因荧光定量系统检测。结果]肝组织损伤程度与T淋巴细胞亚群间有明显相关性，而与HBV DNA数量无明显相关性。结论]本方法可作为肝硬化患者疗程发展以及预后判定的重要指标。

| Abstract: | Objective] To study the relation change between T lymphocyte subtype and HBV DNA level in peripheral blood of cirrhotic patients. Methods] T lymphocyt subtype was detected by KL immune analysing system, the quantity of HBV DNA was detected by PE 5700. Results]the result showed that the liver histology damage was significantly correlated with the level of T lymphocyte, however, the quantity of HBV DNA is not. Conclusion] This method may take liver cirrhosis patient treatment development as well as the prognosis determination important target. |
