桉柠蒎胶囊口服联合鼓室注射干扰素及地塞米松治疗分泌性中耳炎疗效分析

目的探讨口服桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊联合鼓室内注射干扰素及地塞米松治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法将98例（105耳）诊断为分泌性中耳炎的患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组（48例，52耳）与对照组（50例，53耳），治疗前后均行纯音听阈及声导抗检测。二组患者均给予口服大环内酯类药物2周，1％麻黄碱滴鼻1周后改为曲安奈德喷鼻7周。观察组患者同期给予按柠蒎肠溶软胶囊口服8周；患耳鼓膜穿刺抽出鼓室积液后给予鼓室内注射地塞米松5mg＋干扰素100U，间隔1周注射一次，3次为一疗程。对照组患耳鼓膜穿刺抽出鼓室积液后给予鼓室内注射地塞米松5mg，间隔1周注射一次，3次为一疗程。治疗结束后根据患者客观听力检查做统计学分析。结果观察组纯音听阎改善率为86．5％明显高于对照组改善率56．6％（P〈0．05）；及观察组声导抗检测改善率为88．5％明显高于对照组改善率62．26％（P〈0．05）。结论桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊联合鼓室内注射干扰素及地塞米松是治疗分泌性中耳炎的有效方法。

THE EFFECT OF ORAL EUCALYPTOL LIMONENE AND PINENE ENTERIC SOFT CAPSULES COMBINE WITH INTRATYMPANIC INJECTION OF INTERFERON AND DEXAMETHASONE IN TREATMENT OF SECRETORY OTITIS MEDIA

Objective To study the effect of oral Eucalyptol Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Cap- sules combine with intratympanic injection of interferon and dexamethasone in treatment of secretory otitis media. Methods All 98 cases adults （105 ears） with secretory otitis media were divided into two groups, experimental group （48 cases, 52 ears） and control group（50 cases, 53 ears）. Two group pa-tients all accepted Pure tone audiSOMtry and TympanSOMtry at the pretherapy and post-treatment. Two groups patients all accepted oral macrolide antibiotics two weeks, and nasal inhalation of 1% E-phedrine Hydrochloride Nasal Drops a week then Triamcinolone acetonide seven weeks. Experimental group patients received oral Eucalyptol Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules eight weeks and in-tratympanic injection of interferon 100U and dexamethasone 5mg every other week one time for three times when the tympanum fluid was extracted from the pathological ear. Control group patients only received injection of dexamethasone 5ml every other week one time for three times after the tympanum fluid was extracted from the pathological ear. We carried out statistical analysis between the two groups on the basis of patients＇ objective audiSOMtry when the treatment was over. Results The Pure tone audiSOMtry improvement rate of the experimental group（86.5%）was much higher than the con-trol group （56.6%）（P〈0.05）. The TympanSOMtry improvement rate of the experimental group （88.5%） was much higher than the control group （62.26%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment with Eucalyptol Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules joint intratympanic injection of interferon and dexamethasone is an effective method for chronic secretory otitis media.
