| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨老年人慢性硬膜下血肿的术后护理。方法 回顾性分析 5 8例 6 0岁以上慢性硬膜下血肿 (CSDH)患者的临床特点、手术方法、术后护理。结果 5 8例患者均手术治愈 ,其中术后CSDH复发 2例 ,再次手术治愈。结论 根据老年人特点 ,对老年人CSDH术后采取针对性护理 ,是防止并发症及术后血肿复发 ,促进早日康复的关键

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the post operative nursing for chronic subdural hematoma(CSDH) in elderly patients.Methods Clinical features,surgical techniques and nursing outcome of 58 patients over 60 years with CSDH were analyzed retrospectively.Results Out of the 58 patients who had been cured,only 2 showed recurrence of subdural hematoma with the necessity of reoperation.Conclusion According to the features of old patients with CSDH,nursing is the key to prevent the complication,the recurrence of hematoma and to promote the rehabilitation early. |
