钼靶X线与高频超声联合诊断早期乳腺癌

目的通过分析钼靶X线与高频超声对早期乳腺癌的诊断,探讨二者联合诊断的价值。方法对50例乳腺癌均行钼靶X线摄片,其中31例同期配合超声检查,并与手术病理诊断对照。结果X线表现为结节肿块影33例,彗星尾征10例、伪足征8例、导管征4例,微小钙化32例,还有血运增加12例、脂肪层浑浊6例,皮肤增厚10例,乳头凹陷8例。超声表现为不均匀低回声实性占位24例,10例有细点状钙化,12例可见血流信号,2例显示为低回声带。结论钼靶X线联合高频超声可以提高早期乳腺癌的诊断率,对可疑病例,一种检查征象不明显时,辅以另一种检查可以有效的提高早期乳腺癌的诊断率。

Molybdenum-Rhodlum double-target mammography combined with hlgh-frequency ultrasonography in early diagnosis of breast cancer

]Objective To study the Molybdenum-Rhodium double-target mammography and Doppler ultrasonography feature of early breast cancer and to discuss the diagnostic value of mammography and Doppler ultrasonography in early breast cancer. Method The 50 cases of early breast cancer confirmed histologically were all performed with mammography,and 31of these cases were performed with ultrasonography. Results The early breast cancer included masses (33of 50cases), comettail sign (10 of 50cases),pseudopod sign(8 of 50cases),canal sign(4 of 50 cases) and increased focal vascularity(12 of 50 cases),cloudy fatty (6 of 50 cases),skin thicken (10 of 50cases), nipple depressed (8 of 50 cases). Ultrasonographic appearances included inhomogeneous hypoechoic(24 of 31 cases),calcifications(10 of 31 cases), blood flow(12 of 31 cases) and zonal hypoechoic(2 of 31 cases). Conclusion Mammography and Doppler ultrasonography can raise diagnostic rate of early breast cancer. Direct X-ray signs of early breast cancer are not typica1, it is needed to pay more attention to the indirect X -ray signs; mammography combined with ultrasonography can raise diagnostic rate of early breast cancer.
