试验性大鼠心肌肥厚与氧自由基的关系

摘    要:目的 研究氧自由基与心肌肥厚的关系。方法 60只大鼠随机分为两组,试验组30只大鼠,腹主动脉结扎,使其狭窄40%;对照组30只大鼠,剖腹、分离腹主动脉,但不结扎。结果 4个月后试验组大鼠心肌重量增加,LPO(过氧化脂质)含量升高,SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)活性下降,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.01);全心重/体重和左心室重/体重与心肌组织LPO含量呈显著正相关(r分别为0.6904和0.6271)与SOD活性呈显著负相关(r分别为-0.6514和-0.6840)。结论 氧自由基可能参与了心肌肥厚的发生和发展。

Abstract:Objective To explore whether oxygen free radicals are involved in the development of experimental myocardial hypertrophy in rats or not.Methods 60 rats were divided into two groups.In experimental group,30 rats had their abdominal aorta ligated with a 40% reduction of the lumen space.Another 30 rats as the control group were also performed with similar operation but without ligature.After 4 months,myocardial LPO and SOD in two groups were measured and compared.Results There was an increase in myocardial LPO content,a decrease of SOD activity and an increment in myocardial mass in the first group.Heart weight/body weight,left ventricular weight/body weight showed positive correlation with myocardial LPO content ( r =0.690 4 and 0.627 1, P <0.05) and negative correlation with myocardial SOD activity ( r =-0.651 4 and -0.684 0, P <0.05).Conclusion Oxygen free radicals are most likely involved in the development of experimental myocardial hypertrophy in rats.
