电针在周围性面瘫中的灵活应用

目的:寻找能提高治疗周围性面瘫疗效的适宜的电针波型.方法:将147例周围性面瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组选用地仓和颧?s、阳白和太阳、迎香和鼻通、下关和口禾?s或夹承浆一组,4组同时应用,先用连续波,再用疏密波治疗;对照组不分组,采用连续波治疗.结果:两组的总有效率和痊愈所用时间经统计学处理,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01).结论:在电针治疗周围性面瘫中,将疏密波和连续波配合使用,效果显著优于单纯使用连续波者.

Flexible application of electroacupuncture in treatment of peripheral facial paralysis

Objective To compare clinical therapeutic effects o f electroacupuncture at different stages and with different wave forms in treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods One hundred and f orty-seven cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control gro up. In the treatment group, the four groups of acupoints, Dicang (ST 4) and Quan liao (SI 18), Yangbai (GB 14) and Taiyang (EX-HN 5), Yingxiang (LI 20) and Bito ng (Extra), Xiaguan (ST 7) and Kouheliao (LI 19) or Jiachengjiang (Extra) were selected simultaneously, continuous wave was first used and then disperse-dense wave was adopted. In the control group, only continuous wave was used. Results Ther e were significant differences between the two groups in the total effective rate and the days for cure (P<0.01). Conclusion The effect of combined disperse-dense wave and continuous wave is superior to that of simple con tinuous wave in electroacupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.
