| 摘 要： | 目的：总结36例婴幼儿先天性心脏病室间隔缺损围手术期的护理。方法：手术前有效地改善心肺功能；手术后维持良好的循环功能，及时发现心律失常，持续监测有创动脉血压和中心静脉压，保持呼吸道通畅，适时脱离呼吸机、拔除气管插管；保持胸腔引流管通畅，观察引流量变化，防止心包填塞的发生；维持体液、电解质及酸碱平衡，严格控制补液量及补液速度。结果：本组36例，9例发生严重心律失常，其中2例出现室颤，肺炎8例，低心排综合征4例，肺高压危象3例，心包填塞二次开胸止血1例，切口感染1例。痊愈35例，1例因低心排综合征死亡。结论：加强围手术期护理，是降低室间隔缺损修补术后并发症和死亡率的关键因素。

| Abstract: | Objective:Sum up nursing care of 36 infants with congenrtal heart of ventricular septal defect .Method :To improve the functions of heart and lung effectively before operation;remainde good cycle function,found out cardic arrhythmia in time,monitored artery blood pressure and central vein pressure,remained air-way clear observed lead discharge remained body fluid,electro lyte and sour alkali balance ,and so on.Result:35 infants were cured and one case die a low heart row amount of blood syndrome.Conclusion:To enhance nursing care in perioperation was the key factor to reduce the complications and mortality of repair of ventricular septal defect . |
