| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨Ezrin、CD44-V6在人喉鳞癌组织中的表达及其与淋巴结转移（LNM）、病理学分级等临床病理参数之间的关系。方法：应用免疫组化SP法，检测Ezrin和CD44-V6在喉鳞癌组织（LSCC组）及癌旁正常鳞状上皮（对照组）中的表达，并结合临床相关因素进行统计学分析。结果：Ezrin在喉鳞癌组和对照组中的阳性表达率分别为91％和47％（P〈0.01），CD44-V6在喉鳞癌组和对照组中的阳性表达率分别为81％和28％（P〈0．01），且Ezrin同CD44-V6的表达有明显相关性（P〈0．05）；Ezrin和CD44-V6的表达与肿瘤病理学分级、T分期、淋巴结转移关系密切（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）；Ezrin与CD44-V6同时高表达的66例病人淋巴结转移率高达58％，而Ezrin与CD44-V6均不表达的6例病人无淋巴结转移。结论：联合检测Ezrin和CD44-V6的表达有助于综合判断喉鳞癌的恶性程度和转移潜能。
