| 摘 要： | 观察复方红参（红参、当归、川芎、赤芍）对３６例冠状动脉硬化性心脏病患者的疗效．结果表中复方红参改善血小板和血脂的异常，降低红细胞比容、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集性和刚性、血沉，减低纤维蛋白原含量，抑制血小板聚集，降低血浆甘油三酯含量，增加高密度脂蛋白含量，提高血浆６ Ｋｅｔｏ 前列腺素Ｆ１α含量．复方红参对血液流变学和血脂异常的疗效显著优于单用阿斯匹林的疗效，而与复方红参加阿斯匹林的相仿

The effect of Red Ginseng Compound on hemorrheology,platelets and blood fat in the patients with coronary heart disease |

| Abstract: | Red Ginseng Compound could correct the abnorma tities of hemorrheology, platelet and blood fat of the patients.It could decrease hemotocrit, plasma viscosity, the aggregation of enythrocytes and rigidity of enythrocytes,erythrocyte sedimentation rate, reduce the content of fibrinogen,inhibit the platelet aggregtion.It could also decrease the content of triglycerides in plasma and increase the content of high density lipoprrotein. It could also have the effects to increase the content of 6 Keto PGF1α in plasma. The therapeutic effect of Red Ginseng Compound on correcting the abnormalities of blood rheology and blood fat is significantly supiror to that of aspirin,whereas similar to that of Red Ginseng Compound and aspirin. |
