中药穴位贴敷干预高血压的效果分析

目的：观察中药贴敷穴位对高血压病患者血压的影响。方法：选血压正常高值的患者70例，在常规降压药物治疗基础上，予中药穴位贴敷，观察干预前后对患者血压及症状的影响。结果：高压由治疗前的（137．86±8．91）mmHg降到治疗后的（125．86±6．43）mmHg，低压由（86．83±7．21）mmHg降到（75．43±5．69）mmHg；且有失眠等症状积分明显改善。结论：中药穴位贴敷可作为高血压病治疗的辅助方法，其降压效果不仅具有统计意义，且有降压临床意义。

Effect Analysis of Acupoint Application Therapy on Hypertensive Disease

Objective ： To study the effect of acupoint application therapy with Chinese drugs on hypertensive disease. Method： 70 cases whose blood pressures were at the highest limit were selected to study. On the basis of routine hypotensive drugs, they were given to acupoint application therapy. Then their blood pressures and symptoms were observed and contrasted before and after treatment. Results： Contractive pressure was from 137.86 ± 8.91 mmHg before treatment to 125.86 ± 6. 43 mmHg after treatment, and diastolic pressure from 86. 83 ± 7.21 mmHg before treatment to 75.43 ± 5.69 mmHg after treatment. And the score of symptoms such as insomnia was improved markedly. Conclusion： Acupoint application therapy can be an assistant method in treating hypertensive disease. And the effect has significant difference not only, but also clinical significance.
