| 摘 要： | 目的：观察疏血通、脉络宁注射液联合胞二磷胆碱治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：将54例急性脑梗死病例随机分为治疗组（28例）和对照组（26例）,治疗组采用疏血通、脉络宁注射液、胞二磷胆碱加入生理盐水静滴,14天为1个疗程,连用2个疗程;对照组采用丹参注射液加入低分子右旋糖酐中静滴,脑蛋白水解物加入生理盐水静滴,连用2个疗程。结果：治疗组基本治愈9例,显著进步15例,进步3例,无变化1例,恶化0例,总有效率85.7%;对照组基本治愈6例,显著进步8例,进步10例,无变化1例,恶化1例,总有效率为53.8%。两组比较有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：疏血通、脉络宁注射液联合胞二磷胆碱治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效好,病死率低。
