| 摘 要： | 目的：通过研究糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）的中医证候特点，探讨DR发生的主要病理因素，以及与脏腑病变的内在关系，为DR的早期预防及治疗提供新的客观依据。方法：对确诊为2型糖尿病的115例患者进行脏腑辨证分型，同时进行眼部检查，确定其是否存在DR及病变程度，进而分析DR患者的中医证候规律。结果：DR患者的脾肾阳虚证型明显高于其他证型，有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：糖尿病患者临床表现为脾肾阳虚证者与DR关系最为密切。
