| 摘 要： | 六经辨证是张仲景《伤寒论》的辨证论治方法，而脏腑经络辨证是杂病的基本辨证体系和方法。通过对《金匮要略》中辨证论治方法运用的比较研究，显示运用六经辨证方法对杂病进行辨证论治共涉及全书14种疾病，约占《金匮要略》一书所论疾病的35％，计有28证次。由此可见，张仲景早已把六经辨证广泛地运用于杂病的辨证论治，突显了张仲景的六经辨证是其原书《伤寒杂病论》的基本辨证论治方法，而脏腑经络辨证似是其辨治杂病的变通或有益补充。
