激光联合中药治疗视网膜静脉阻塞临床观察

观察激光视网膜光凝术联合中药内服治疗视网膜静脉阻塞（RVO）的临床疗效。方法：将101例（101眼）RVO患者分为两组,对照组行视网膜激光光凝术,治疗组予激光联合中药汤剂内服,比较治疗前后两组视力、眼底、FFA、血流变相关指标的变化,评价其疗效。结果：治疗后两组视力改善,视网膜出血、水肿、渗出吸收时间缩短,视网膜新生血管减少、视网膜循环时间加快、血流变相关指标改善。其中,治疗组总有效率为88.89%,对照组总有效率为72.34%,两组比较具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：与单纯激光治疗相比较,激光联合中药治疗RVO对改善患者视功能、促进眼部病变体征消退,减少或预防并发症以及改善血液流变学相关指标等方面都有显著优势。

Clinical Observation of Retinal Laser Photocoagulation Combined with Traditional Chinese Drug on RVO
