| 摘 要： | 目的：观察健脾祛湿活血法中西医结合治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法：选符合标准的该病患者60例,随机分为两组。治疗组予来氟米特合健脾祛湿活血法中药治疗;对照组仅予来氟米特。两组均治疗12周。结果：治疗组缓解6例,显效14例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率93.3%（95%C I=77.9%~99.8%）;对照组缓解4例,显效12例,有效8例,无效6例,总有效率80.0%（95%C I=61.4%~92.3%）;两组综合疗效比较（u=1.251 8,P=0.210 7）,差异未达显著性意义;可改善部分临床疗效指标。结论：健脾祛湿活血法中西医结合治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效优于来氟米特的结论不确定,其收益为OR=0.29（95%C I=0.05~1.55）;NNT=8（95%C I=3.3~33.3）。
