益肾调冲汤合艾灸治疗卵巢早衰40例临床观察

目的：探讨益肾调冲汤合艾灸治疗卵巢早衰的疗效。方法：将患者随机分为两组，治疗组40例予益肾调冲汤合艾灸治疗，对照组44例采用西药人工周期疗法，并作疗效的对比观察。结果：治疗组总有效率为82．5％（95％CI=70．7％～94．3％）；对照组为79．5％（95％CI：67．6％～91．4％）；两组综合疗效比较（u=0．0365，P=0．9701），差异无显著性意义；治疗组与对照组均能够显著降低血清FSH、LH水平，提高血清E2水平，但两组治疗后比较，差异无显著性意义；在改善腰膝酸软、头昏耳呜、失眠多梦、性欲减退主要临床症状方面，两组比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：益肾调冲汤合艾灸治疗卵巢早衰的临床综合疗效、降低血清FSH、LH水平和提高血清E2水平方面，与西药人工周期疗法相当；在改善临床症状方面，优于西药人工周期疗法。

Clinical Observation of Decoction of Tonifying Kidney to Regulate Chong Combined with Moxibustion on Premature Ovarian Failure,A Report of 40 Cases
