赞赏教育在母婴护理中的应用及效果

目的]探讨在母婴宣教中应用赞赏教育的效果。方法]选取100例产妇为对照组,98例产妇为实验组。对照组实施常规健康教育,实验组除实施常规健康教育外,给予赞赏教育。结果]实验组母乳喂养技巧掌握情况、母婴护理操作技能、住院满意度均较对照组明显提高,经比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论]通过赞赏教育进行健康宣教能有效促进母乳喂养,提高产妇对母婴护理知识的认识及对护理服务的满意度。

Application and effect of appreciation education in the praise education in Maternal and Child Care

Objective：To probe into the effect of appreciation education applied in Maternal and Child Mission.Methods：A total of 100 puerpera were selected as control group and 98 puerpera were selected as test group.Puerpera in control group accepted routine health education.Besides that,puerpera in test group cases were given appreciation education.Results：Compared with the control group,the grasp of breastfeeding,maternal and child care skills,patient satisfaction were improved significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Through the appreciation education to conduct health publicity and education,one can promote breastfeeding,increase the puerperal and their family members＇ knowledge of maternal and child care,improve the puerperal satisfaction toward the nursing service.
