宁夏护生总体幸福感及其影响因素的调查分析

[目的]了解宁夏护生总体幸福感水平,分析其影响因素。[方法]采用总体幸福感量表（GWBS）对宁夏2所高校1 026名在校护生进行总体幸福感及其影响因素的问卷调查。[结果]宁夏护生总体幸福感33项总得分为105.62分±14.44分,前18项得分为73.02分±13.12分;女生为72.87分±13.23分,高于全国常模;汉族护生总体幸福感水平高于回族护生;城市护生总体幸福感水平高于农村护生;本科护生总体幸福感水平高于大专、高职护生;宁夏护生总体幸福感水平与职业认同因素呈负相关。[结论]宁夏护生总体幸福感水平与职业认同因素有关,应对护生给予更多关注和引导,采取针对性措施提高护生职业认同水平,进而提高其幸福感水平。

Survey and analysis on general well-being of nursing students in Ningxia and its influencing factors

Objective：To know about the general well-being level of nursing students in Ningxia and analyze its influencing factors.Methods：A total of 1026 nursing students from two Colleges and universities were investigated about general well-being and its influencing factors by using general well-being scale（GWBS）.Results：The 33-item total score of general well-being of nursing students in Ningxia was 105.62±14.44,the average score of previous 18 items was 73.02±13.12;the average score of previous 18 items of girl students was 72.87±13.23,and was higher than that of the national norm.The general well-being level of nursing students in Han nationality was higher than that of students in Muslim nationality;the general well-being level of urban nursing students in city was higher than that of students in rural areas;the general well-being level of nursing undergraduates was higher than that of college and vocational nursing students;There was a significant negative correlation between general well-being of nursing students in Ningxia and professional identity factors.Conclusion：The general well-being of nursing students in Ningxia is associated with professional identity factors.The school should pay more attention to the nursing students and guild them,and take the targeted measures for enhancing their professional identity and then to improve their general well-being level.
