功能失调性子宫出血病人的护理干预效果观察

目的]观察功能失调性子宫出血病人的护理干预效果。方法]将60例青春期功能失调性子宫出血病人随机分为两组,对照组28例用雌激素治疗,观察组32例应用雌激素治疗的同时配合护理干预。治疗3个月后比较两组病人治疗依从性、临床疗效、疗程、住院费用。结果]观察组病人治疗依从率为90.6%,对照组为60.7%,观察组治疗依从性高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组总有效率为87.5%,对照组为78.6%,观察组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组复发率为34.4%,对照组为53.6%,观察组复发率低于对照组（P〈0.0 5）;观察组疗程短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论]功能失调性子宫出血病人在雌激素治疗的基础上通过护理干预可提高病人的治疗依从性,缩短疗程,减少复发,而未增加住院费用。

Observation on effect of nursing intervention for patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Objective：To observe the effect of nursing intervention for patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Method： A total of 60 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in puberty were randomly divided into control group（n=28） and observation group（n=32）.patients of control group were treated with estrogen only.And patients of observation group accepted estrogen combined with nursing intervention.Then treatment compliance,clinical effect,course of treatment,and cost of hospitalization of the two group patients after three mouths were compared.Results： The treatment compliance of patients in observation group was 90.6% and significant higher than that of 60.7% in control group cases.There was statistical significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate was 87.5% in observation group and 78.6% in control group.There was statistical significant difference between them（P〈0.05）.Relapse rate of observation group patients was 34.4% and was remarkably lower than that of 53.6% in control group cases.There was statistical significant difference between them（P〈0.05）.Course of treatment in observation group was significant shorter than that of control group cases（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Based on estrogen treatment,nursing intervention for patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding can enhance their treatment compliance,shorten course of treatment,reduce relapse rate,and don＇t increase the cost of hospitalization of patients.
