| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨综合康复护理对脑卒中后肩手综合征病人肢体功能恢复的影响。方法]将64例脑卒中后并发肩手综合征的病人随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组给予神经内科常规治疗及护理,实验组在对照组的基础上进行系统的康复护理干预。结果]实验组病人偏瘫侧肩手疼痛、水肿、肢体运动功能、神经电生理指标改善情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]综合康复护理能更好地改善患肢功能、促进肢体功能的恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective：To probe into the influence of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on limbs functional recovery of cerebral apoplexy patients complicated with shoulder-hand syndrome.Methods：A total of 64 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients complicated with shoulder-hand syndrome were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Control group cases were given neurologic routine treatment and nursing,except that experimental group cases accepted systematic rehabilitation nursing intervention.Results：in experimental group,the hemiplegic side of shoulder-hand pain,swelling,limb motor function,nerve electrophysiology indexes were improved better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can better improve ill-limb function and promote the limb function recovery. |
