宽胶布固定法减少经口气管插管非计划性拔管发生的效果观察

[目的]对外科重症监护室病人经口气管插管的固定方法进行探讨。[方法]将841例经口气管插管病人随机分成两组,实验组437例采用宽胶布固定法,对照组401例采用常规胶布固定法,比较两种固定方法的效果。[结果]实验组经口气管插管非计划性拔管发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]经口气管插管病人采用宽胶布固定法安全简单,方便有效。

Observation on effect of fixation method with wide rubberized fabric to reduce the occurrence of unplanned extubation of oral trachea cannula

Objective：To probe into the fixation method of oral trachea cannula for surgical patients in ICU.Methods：A total of 841 patients undergoing oral trachea cannula were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in test group（n=437） adopted fixation method with wide rubberized fabric.Patients in control group（n=401） adopted fixation method as conventional rubberized fabric.Then effects of two fixation methods were observed and compared.Results：The incidence rate of unplanned extubation by oral trachea cannula of test group was lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The fixation method with wide rubberized fabric for patients with oral trachea cannula is safe,convenient and effective.
