健康教育对鼻内镜手术病人的影响

目的]探讨健康教育对鼻内镜手术病人的影响。方法]将60例鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗的病人随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗及护理,观察组在此基础上给予健康教育,评估两组病人的效果。结果]观察组病人疾病知识优良率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;焦虑、紧张病人明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）;血压、心率明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论]健康教育能提高病人的疾病知识优良率,缓解鼻内镜手术病人的不良情绪。

Influence of health education on patients underwent nasal endoscopic operation

Objective：To probe into the influence of health education on patients underwent nasal endoscopic operation. Methods： A total of 60 cases treated with endoscopic sinus surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Control group cases received the routine treatment and nursing,on the base of routine treatment and nursing the observation group cases were given health education,then to assess the effect between two groups. Resuits： The awareness rate of observation group cases to disease knowledge of was much higher than that in control group （P（0. 05）. The patients with anxiety and tension in the observation group were much less than those in the control group （P〈0. 05）. The arterial pressure and heart rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in control group （P〈0.05）, Conclusion：Health education can enhance awareness rate of patients to disease knowledge, and release the bad mood of patients accepting nasal endoscopic surgery.
