| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨护理干预对肿瘤晚期病人及其家属心理的影响。方法]对50例肿瘤晚期病人及50名家属实施护理干预,采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）评定护理干预前后,肿瘤晚期病人及其家属心理。结果]肿瘤晚期病人及其家属护理干预后,SCL-90总分低于护理干预前,病人主要表现在躯体化、抑郁、敌对、恐怖4个因子（P〈0.05）;病人家属主要表现人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖等4个因子（P〈0.05）。结论]护理干预可以改善肿瘤晚期病人及其家属的心理健康状况。

| Abstract: | Objective：To probe into influence of nursing intervention on psychology of patients with advanced tumor and their family members.Methods：A total of 50 patients with advanced tumor and 50 family members were carried out nursing intervention.And psychological state of all patients and their family members were evaluated before and after nursing intervention with SCL-90.Results：The total score of SCL-90 in patients after nursing intervention was lower than that of before intervention.For patients it manifested mainly in 4 factors as somatization,depression,hostility,and phobias（P〈0.05）.For family members,it manifested in 4 factors including interpersonal relation,depression,anxiety,and phobias（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Nursing intervention could improve psychological health state of patients with advanced tumor and their family members. |
