心理干预对精神分裂症病人生活质量及社会功能康复的影响

[目的]探讨心理干预对精神分裂症病人生活质量及社会功能康复的影响。[方法]将130例精神分裂症病人随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组单纯用抗精神病药物治疗,实施常规护理,研究组在药物治疗的同时给予心理干预,用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）、生活质量综合评定量表（GQOLI）、社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）分别评估病人的疗效、生活质量、社会功能及康复效果。[结果]治疗后两组PANSS评分与同组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;治疗后研究组GQOLI的躯体健康维度、心理健康维度、社会功能维度评分及SDSS总分、各因子分均高于对照组（P〈0.01）。[结论]对精神分裂症病人给予心理干预可以提高病人的生活质量、促进社会功能的恢复。

Influence of mental intervention on quality of life and social functional rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia

Objective：To probe into the influence of mental intervention on quality of life and social functional rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia.Method：A total of 130 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into control and test groups.Patients in control group were treated with antipsychotic and received routine care.Patients in test group were given mental intervention based on pharmacotherapy.Therapeutic effect,quality of life,and social functional rehabilitation of all patients were evaluated by positive and negative symptom scale（PANSS）,general quality of life scale（GQOLI）,and social disability screening scale（SDSS）.Results：In terms of the score of PANSS of the two group patients,there were statistical significant differences between before and after treatment（P〈0.01）.After treatment,scores of physical health,psychological health,and social functional dimension of GQOLI,total score of SDSS and factor scores of test group patients were higher than that of control group cases（P〈0.01）.Conclusions：Mental intervention can improve the quality of life and promote rehabilitation of social function for schizophrenia patients.
