| 摘 要： | 目的：为从中草药化学成分中寻找天然防晒剂提供依据。方法：采用紫外分光光度法在280—400nm对30种中草药化学成分样品液进行扫描，并进行紫外吸收特性的比较分析。结果：其中17种中草药化学成分具有防晒潜能。结论：中草药化学成分作为天然防晒剂的开发具有广阔的前景，紫外吸收特性考察作为天然防晒剂的初筛方法简便快捷。

| Abstract: | Objective:To provid basis for seeking the natural sunscreens in the chemical constituents from Chinese herb medicine. Method:The thirty samples were scaned by the ultraviolet spectrophotometry from 200 to 400 nm,and their ultraviolet absorption characteristics were analyzed by comparison.Result:Among 30 samples,seventeen kinds had sunproof potential.Conclusion:Chemical composition of Chinese herb medicine used as natural sunscreen has a great future.The study of ultraviolet absorption characteristics was si... |
