| 摘 要： | 在３０ 侧常规防腐的成人下肢标本上对股二头肌腱部分进行形态学测量。结果：股二头肌腱长（２３ ．１ ±２ ．３） ｃｍ ，肌腱上、中、下部宽分别为（３．５ ±０ ．９） ｃｍ ，（２ ．７±０．６） ｃｍ 和（１ ．８ ±０ ．４） ｃｍ ，肌腱上、中、下部厚分别为（０ ．４ ±０．１） ｍ ｍ 、（１ ．０ ±０ ．４） ｍ ｍ 和（２ ．１ ±０ ．５） ｍ ｍ 。３ 例临床应用，获得良好效果。提示，股二头肌部分肌腱转位修复后交叉韧带具有可行性。

| Abstract: | The configuration of tendon of musculus biceps femoris were observed on 30 sides of adult lower cadaver-Results:Thetendon of musculus bicepsfemoris was 23 .1 ±2 .3 cm long,3 .5 ±0 .9 cm wide and 0 .4 ± 0 .1 m m thickinitsupper part,2 .7 ±0 .6 cm wideand 1 .0 ±0 .4 m m thickinits middle part,1 .8 ±0 .4 cm wide and 2 .1 ±0 .5 m m thick in itslower part-Clinical applications with satisfied result were observed in 3 cases-Itis suggested thatthe partoftendon of musculus biceps femoris can be transposed for repairing posterior cruciateliga mentsof knee- |
