胃黏膜相关淋巴组织结外边缘区淋巴瘤t（11;18）（q21;q21）染色体易位分析

目的探讨胃黏膜相关淋巴组织（MALT）结外边缘区淋巴瘤t（11;18）（q21;q21）染色体易位的发生情况及相关临床意义。方法采用间期荧光原位杂交（FISH）方法对18例胃MALT淋巴瘤进行检测。结果 3例检测到t（11;18）（q21;q21）,发生率16.7%（3/18）。1例黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤易位基因1（MALT1）拷贝数增加,发生率5.6%（1/18）。结论 t（11;18）（q21;q21）是胃MALT淋巴瘤具有特异性的诊断指标,而间期FISH是检测t（11;18）（q21;q21）有效而可靠的方法。评估MALT1基因数目可能有利于预测胃MALT淋巴瘤患者的临床过程。

t(11 ; 18) (q21 ; q21) in gastric extranodal marginal zone lymphoma of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue

Objective To examine the incidence of the t （11 ; 18） （q21 ; q21） translocation in gastric extranodal marginal zone lymphoma of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue （MALT lymphoma） and to explore its related clinical significance. Methods Interphase fluorescence in-situ hybridization （FISH） was used to evaluate the translocation in 18 cases of gastric MALT lym- phoma. Results t（11;18）（q21;q21） was detected in 3 of 18 （16.7%） cases. Extra copies of mucosa associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma translocation gene 1 （MALT1） were detected in 1 of 18 （5.6%） cases. Conclusion t（11;18）（q21;q21） occurs specifically in gastric MALT lymphoma; interphase FISH is useful for demonstrating this characteristic translocation. The assessment of copy number of MALT1 may be valuable for predicting the clinical course of patients with gastric MALT lymphoma.
