人工全髋与半髋置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床对照观察（附138例分析）

目的探讨分别应用人工全髋关节置换术与人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折患者在疗效、生活质量及睡眠质量方面的差别,以期为临床工作提供理论支持。方法我院自2007年12月至2009年12月收治股骨颈骨折的老年患者共138例,以入院顺序进行排序,并随机分为两组,观察组应用人工全髋关节置换术治疗,对照组应用人工股骨头置换术治疗,观察指标为疗效、生活质量及睡眠质量。结果观察组的优良率明显高于对照组,观察组生活质量和睡眠质量评分均明显优于对照组。结论对老年股骨颈骨折的治疗上,人工全髋关节置换术明显优于人工股骨头置换术,且患者的睡眠和生活质量均有较大的提高,是老年股骨颈骨折患者首选的治疗方法。

Clinical observation in patients with elderly femoral neck fracture by total hip replacement or artificial femoral head replacement: Analysis of 138 cases

Objective To compare the effect, life quality and sleep quality in patients with elderly femoral neck fracture by total hip replacement or artificial femoral head replacement, for accumulating clinical experience in directing the clinical work. Methods A total of 138 cases with elderly femoral neck fracture were divided into two groups. The observation group （69 cases） was treated by hip arthroplasty therapy, the control group （69 cases） were treated by artificial femoral head replacement therapy. We compared the effect, life quality and sleep quality in the two groups. Results The excellent rate, scores of life quality and sleep quality were better in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusion Treatment of total hip replacement can improve the effect, increase the quality of life and sleep, is worthy of being recommended in patients with elderly femoral neck frature.
