糖尿病患者对周围神经病变的防治知识及教育干预

目的了解糖尿病患者对周围神经病变（DPN）防治知识的状况及其教育的效果。方法采用自行设计的调查评价表，对100倒住院糖尿病患者实施个体化DPN防治知识教育前后调查、评价。结果糖尿病患者合并DPN的发生率为54％，40％以上的患者对DPN的原因、临床症状、药物治疗及预防知识了解不足，个体化糖尿病教育后知识水平明显提高，P〈0．01。结论要重视和加强糖尿病患者对DPN相关知识的教育力度，以降低其发生率。

Protective knowledge of diabetic patients to peripheral neuropathy and the education intervention

Objective To probe protective knowledge of patients to diabetic polyneuropathy,and understand the effect of education.Methods With self-designed investigation questionnaire,100 cases of inpatients with diabetic were investigated and evaluation before and after individual education on diabetic polyneuropathy protective knowledge.Results The incidence rate of diabetic polyneuropathy in diabetic patients was 54%,40% patients knew little about the cause,clinical symptom,medication and prevention.After individualization education,the knowledge increased obviously,P<0.01.(Conclusions Enhanci)ng the education on the knowledge of diabetic patients about diabetic polyneuropathy,it can decrease the incidence.
