情感性精神障碍患病前后所生子女易患效应的研究

目的 探讨情感性障碍患者病前病后所生子女的易患效应。方法 对符合国际疾病分类第１０版和中国精神分类方案的诊断标准第２版修订本中情感性精神障碍诊断的１０２年先证者家系登门调查，收集子女发病与父母患病前后所生子女的有关资料。

Susceptibilities of off springs of patients with affective disorder before and after onset

To explore the Susceptlbilites of offsprings of patients with affective disorder who were born before and after onset.Methods:102 probands with afftective disorder were diagnosed with the 10 th edition of International Classification of Diseases and Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Criteria for Mental Disorder.The data of offsprings of the probands were collected.Results: There were 69 paternal probands and 38 maternal probands in the 102 pedgrees. They had 286 offsprings.278 of them had been studied. 26 offsprings suffered from affective disorder.Correlative analyses were made between before and after onset,paternal probands and maternal ones,and male offsprings and female ones. Conclusion:There was no difference in the susceptibilities between offsprings born before onset and those born after it.
