| 摘 要： | 目的探索眉下垂，上睑松驰的理想术式。方法据眉下垂、上睑松驰以外1／3明显且多数上睑松驰者均伴有上睑眶脂脱出这一特点，将切除皮肤范围最宽处定在外眦角皮缘与眉峰点的垂直连线上，将下移的眉脂肪垫及松驰轮匝肌固定在眶骨膜上，伴上睑眶脂脱出者，在上睑缘外侧上方0．6cm开一小横切口取出眶脂。结果术后随访3mo～4年，均获得满意效果。结论此联合手术方式具有操作简单、安全、可靠、恢复快、效果显著、持久，不失为矫正眉下垂、上睑松驰的理想术式。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore an ideal operative method for downward eyebrow and blephroptosis.
