天津市非城市儿童血浆维生素A水平普查分析

摘    要:目的:了解天津市8岁以下非城市儿童维生素A(VA)缺乏的患病率和地区分布特点。方法:按受检者自愿原则进行免费普查,收集天津市郊区、县的儿童血浆,以荧光法测定VA含量。结果:47076名儿童血浆VA总体均值41.5μg/d l,亚临床VA缺乏(SVAD)者占2.4%,可疑SVAD者17.4%,3岁以下儿童血浆VA浓度与年龄呈显著正相关,性别间VA水平存在显著差异,不同行政区之间由于地理位置和经济水平不同也存在显著差异。结论:天津市非城区属于轻度亚临床VA缺乏地区,应加强监测和防治工作,尤其对3岁以下婴幼儿和经济水平较低的地区。

Abstract:Objective:To comprehend the prevalence rate and endemic distribution feature of Vit A level of children' s blood plasma below 8 years old in Tianjin uncity.Methods:According to voluntary principle and free of charge, the children' s blood plasma of the suburban areas and counties in Tianjin were collected to determine Vit A content by means of fluorometric method.Results:The arithmetic mean of Vit A level of 47 076 children' s blood plasma was 41.5 μg/dl,subclinical Vit A deficiency(SVAD) was 2.4%.Suspect of SVAD was 17.4%.Under 3 years old the year of age with the density of Vit A of children' s blood plasma was predominantly direct correlation.There was difference in Vit A between the different sexes,between different geographic setting and economic level,different administrative areas.Conclusion:Tianjin uncity is the region of light degree SVAD.Monitoring,prevention and cure job should be strengthened,especially in the area of young children below 3 years old and at low economic level.
