黑斑蛙胃肠道嗜银细胞的分布及形态学研究

本应用Grimelius嗜银法对黑斑蛙(Pelophylax nigromaculata)胃肠道的嗜银细胞进行了研究。结果发现，嗜银细胞见于胃肠道全长，多数分布于粘膜上皮和腺泡上皮之间；其分布密度为胃幽门部最高，十二指肠部最低；嗜银细胞的形态依所在位置不同而不同。嗜银细胞具有内、外、旁分泌三种作用途径；细胞形态可能与其所受挤压情况有关。

Distribution and Morphologic Observation of Argyrophil cells in Intestines and Stomach of Pelophylax nigromaculata

The argyrophil cells in digestive tract of Pelophylax nigromaculata were studied with the silver nitrate method of Grimelius.The argyrophil cells could be observed throughout the digestive tract,distributing between epithelial cells of mucosa and epithelial cells of glands,with the highest distributive density in pyloricus and lowest in duodenum.The morphology of argyrophil cells differs in accordance with distributive parts.Argyrophil cells might have endocrine,exocrine,paracrine functions;and configuration of argyrophil cells might be related to the pressure.;
