| 摘 要： | 目的：研究麻甘合剂的质量标准，建立杏仁、甘草的薄层色谱法（TLC）和盐酸麻黄碱的高效液相色谱法（HPLC）。方法：流动相为乙膊-三乙胺-磷酸-水（1.8:0.1:0.1:9.8)，检测波长为214nm，样品提取过滤后进行分析。结果：线性范围20-200ug.ml^-1相关系数r=0.9996，精密度为1.20%，加样回收率100.34%。结论：该方法适用于麻甘合剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：The quality standards for mistura magan have beenstudied.The TLC methods for prunus armeniaca and Glycyrrhiza uralensis were established.A simple high performance liquid chromatographic method was established for determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride.METHODS：The mobile phase was acetonitrile-triethylammine-phosphoric acid-water(1.8∶0.1∶0.1∶9.8).The UV dectector was set at 214nm.The sample was extracted by mobile phase.RESULTS：The linear range was from 20～200 μg.ml-1,r=0.9996.The relative standard deviation was 1.20%.The recovery was 100.34%.CONCLUSIONS：The method is suitable for the quality standards of mistura magan. |
