护理干预对下肢深静脉血栓形成患者抗凝治疗依从性的影响

目的:通过护理干预,提高下肢深静脉血栓患者抗凝治疗的依从性。方法:将78例使用华法林或阿司匹林抗凝治疗的下肢深静脉血栓患者随机分为实验组和对照组各39例,实验组实施一系列护理干预,对照组则不予以干预,分别对2组患者于疗程结束后进行遵医行为调查。结果:实验组有29例患者能完全遵医,占74.36%,对照组22例患者能完全遵医,占56.41%,2组遵医程度差异显著。结论:护理干预可提高下肢深静脉血栓患者抗凝治疗的依从性。

Nursing Intervention on Dependence of Patients with Deep Veins Thrombosis of Lower Extremities under Anticoagulant Therapy

Objective:To promote the dependence of patients with deep veins thrombosis of lower extremities under anticoagulant therapy by nursing intervention.Method:78 patients with deep veins thrombosis of lower extremities in anticoagulant therapy who used warfarin sodium or aspirin were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with each group of 39 cases.The groups were investigated for treatment compliance after the treatment when the experimental group implemented a series of nursing intervention while the control group were not intervened.Result:The extents of treatment compliance within the two groups were significantly different for 29 cases with full treatment compliance accounting for 74.36% in the experimental group,while 22 cases with full treatment compliance accounting for 56.41% in the control group.Conclusion:Nursing intervention can improve the dependence of patients with deep veins thrombosis of lower extremities under anticoagulant therapy.
