豚鼠基质祖细胞在造血放射损伤修复中的作用——对辐射损伤后输注骨髓细胞的影响

摘    要:经心腔给受照4.5Gy豚鼠混输CFU=F和BMC后1、2周,检查股骨骨髓细胞数、CFU-E和CFU-F等指标,发现混输CFU=F组均较只输BMC组者明显增高。认为附加基质输注后,经血循环向受体骨髓迁徙,定居并能迅速增殖,创建适宜的造血微环境,从而促进了造血辐射损伤的再建。

Abstract:CFU-F mixed with BMC of guinea-pigs was transplanted via intracardiac route into the recipients that had re.ceived systemic irradiation with 4.5 Gy of γ-rays.One and two weeks after transplantation, numbers of BMC, CFU-E and CFU-F were counted in each femur. It was found that the enumerated values in animals transplanted with CFU-F mixed with BMC were much higher than that transplanted with BMC only.lt is concluded that transplanted CFU-F mixed with BMC may migrate into the hemopoietic tissues of the recipient, lodge and proliferate there rapidly, creating suitable microenvironment for hemopoiesis and accelerating the restoration of hemopoiesis from radiation injuries.
