东菱克栓酶对急性脑梗塞患者凝血与纤溶系统的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨急性脑梗塞患者用东菱克栓酶治疗对其凝血与纤溶系统的影响。方法 检测30例急性脑梗塞患者治疗前后PT、APTT、纤维蛋白原(Fg)、D-二聚体水平。结果 PT、APTT明显延长、纤维蛋白原大幅降低,D-二聚体含量增加(P<0.01)。结论 东菱克栓酶使脑梗塞患者凝血活性相对减弱,纤溶活性增强,促进血栓溶解。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of Batroxobin on coagulation and fibrinolytic system in the patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods The levels of prothrombin time (PT),activated partial thromboplasmin time (APTT),fibrinogen (Fg),D Dimer were measured in 30 patients before and after treatment with Batroxobin.Results After treatment PT and APTT were prolonged,Fg levels were a great extent decreased,D Dimer levels were significantly increased (all P <0.01). Conclusion Batroxobin will reduce the coagulation activity and increase the fibrinolytic activity, accelerate the thrombolysis.
