| 摘 要： | 我们对30例急性白血病进行了细胞遗传学分析。结果：染色体异常率为70．0％．染色体异常以t（15；17），t（8；21），t（9；22）易位较常见，且特定的染色体改变与白血病类型、疗效密切相关．t（15；17）和t（8；21）易位的疗效最佳，正常核型次之，其他染色体易位及数目异常最差。急淋患者中具有t（9；22）或t（8；14）易位的临床上属高危组，疗效差．

| Abstract: | The cytogenetic analysis of 30 cases of acute leukemia has been made. Chromosome aberrations were identified in 70% of the patients,with t(15; 17),t (8; 21),t(9; 22) more frequently found. Specific Chromosome translocations were closely correlated with the type of leukemia and therapeutic effect. Patients with t(15;17) and t(8; 21 ) showed the best effect while those with normal karyotype the next and other chromosome translocations and nemerical anomalies the poorest effect after chemotherapy. Patients with t (9; 22) or t (8; 14) in acute lymphocytic leukemia were of high risk group. with poor effect. |
