| 摘 要： | 目的:应用循证护理探讨脑卒中卧床患者便秘的有效干预方法。方法:选择发生便秘的脑卒中患者36例,釆用循证护理方法,针对患者实际情況,釆取相应?护理干预措施。结果:36例患者通过护理干预后便秘情況明显改善,2d内排便16例,4d内排便20例。结论:对并发便秘的脑卒中卧床患者实施循证护理,效果显著,能有效解除便秘带来的痛苦,促进康复。

| Abstract: | Objective：Application of evidence-based nursing ambulatory stroke patients with constipation to explore effective means of intervention. Methods：36 stroke patients with constipation using nursing consultation card method,the actual situation for the patient,to take corresponding measures for nursing intervention.Results：36 patients with constipation after the intervention by nursing a marked improvement,16 cases of bowel movement in 2 days,20 cases of bowel movements in 4 days. Conclusion：Constipation of the concurrent implementation of evidence-based nursing bedridden patients with stroke,results are obvious and can effectively lift the suffering of patients with constipation and promote recovery. |
