| 摘 要： | 目的观察蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊对大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型的影响。方法将150只健康雄性大鼠随机分为6组，通过线栓法建立大鼠大脑中动脉（MCA）局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型，对照组按成人用量的10倍给药每天一次，动物经给药10次，观察蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊对脑缺血大鼠的行为状态、脑组织形态学和胶质细胞源性神经营养因子（GDNF）蛋白表达的作用。结果蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊能明显改善大鼠脑缺血后的行为状态，缩小缺血范围，降低缺血程度，使病变的脑组织得到明显地改善，减少缺血区神经元的死亡，有明显的保护作用。
