| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨内蒙古地区蒙古族人群细胞色素P4501A1(cytochrome P4501A1,CYP1A1)基因MSPI多态性.方法: 用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术,分析了526名蒙古族正常健康成人CYP1A1基因3ˊ端限制内切酶MSPI位点的3种基因型(A、B、C)的分布频率.结果:MSPI基因型A占32.7%,基因型B占53.2%,基因型C占14.1%,等位基因m1、m2分别为59.3%、40.7%.结论:内蒙古地区蒙古族人群CYP1A1基因存在MSPI多态性,此人群CYP1A1基因MSPI多态位点的等位基因和基因型的分布与中国北方汉族人无显著性差异. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the MSPI polymorphisms of CYP1A1 among Mongolian population in Inner Mongolia.Methods: using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP),the frequencies of three genotypes(A,B and C) in()-flanking region of CYP1A1,were examined in 526 normal and healthy Mongolian people.Results: the frequencies of genotype A,B and C were 32.7%,53.2%,and 14.1%,respectively,while those of allele m1 and m2 were 59.3% and 40.7%,respectively.Conclusion: The results suggest that there exist MSPI polymorphisms in CYP1A1 among Mongolian population in inner Mongolia,and there is no remarkable difference in the frequencies of genotype A,B,C,and those of allele m1 and m2 between Mongolia people and Hans in north China. |
