| 摘 要： | 目的:研究术前肝脾介入疗法对提高原发性肝癌伴脾亢患者手术切除率的实际效果。方法:观察术前进行肝脾双介入治疗的原发性肝癌伴脾亢患者24例在介入前后白细胞、血小板计数改变情况及介入后成功进行手术治疗的例数。结果:介入后患者白细胞、血小板计数均有上升,上升至正常范围21例,成功进行手术探查24例,肝部分切除18例,合并脾切除15例。结论:术前肝脾双介入疗法方便、安全、有效,能提高肝癌手术切除率,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the practical effects of liver-spleen intervention before operation on the excision rate of primary liver cancer with excessive spleen ability. Methods: There were 24 patients with primary liver cancer and received therapeutics of liver-spleen intervention before operation. Their leucocyte and haematoblast numbers before and after the intervention were observed, and the successful cases were counted. Results: The numbers of leucocyte and haematoblast in patients after the therapeutics both rose. The data of 21 cases were in the normal range. Operation exploration was successfully made in 24 cases. Liver was partly exscinded in 18 cases. Liver in combination spleen was exscinded in 15 cases. Conclusion: Therapeutics of liver-spleen intervention before operation is convenient, safe and effective. It is able to raise excision rate and worthy to be popularized in clinic. |
