| 摘 要： | 目的：研究血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在儿童血管瘤与血管畸形中的表达,为临床辨别血管瘤及血管畸形、指导血管瘤的治疗及检验治疗效果提供客观有效的指标。方法：采用免疫组化S-P法检测VEGF在血管瘤不同分期、血管畸形、正常血管中的表达情况。结果：VEGF在血管瘤中有高表达;在增殖期的表达率高于消退早期和消退晚期（P〈0.05）。在血管畸形及正常血管中均未见阳性表达。结论：VEGF在血管瘤中有高表达,且与其分期明显有关。
