血清CA15-3、IL-8水平与乳腺癌骨转移关系的探讨

目的:为探讨乳腺癌患者血清CA15-3、IL-8水平与骨转移的关系.方法:对83例乳腺癌手术后患者分别检测血清CA15-3、白介素8(IL-8)和行99mTc-MDP全身骨显像,进行对比分析.结果:乳腺癌无骨转移组血清CA15-3、IL-8水平与正常对照组比较无明显差异(P＞0.05);乳腺癌伴骨转移组患者血清CA15-3、IL-8水平明显升高,与乳腺癌无骨转移组及对照组比较均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:CA15-3对于预测乳腺癌骨转移、筛选行全身骨显像病人和降低骨显像的误诊具有重要意义;IL-8参与乳腺癌骨转移的发生和发展过程,检测IL-8等细胞因子水平对于乳腺癌骨转移的病理研究和预防、治疗可能具有重要价值.

Study on the Relationship Between Serum CA15 -3, IL-8, Levels and Bone Metastasis in Patients with Breast Cancer

Objective To study the relationship between serum CA15-3,IL-8 levels and bone metastasis in patients with breast cancer.Methods Serum CA15-3 and IL-8 levels were measared with IRMA and wholebody bone scan with 99mTc-MDP were performed in 83 post-operative patients with breast cancer and 30 controls(CA15-3 and IL-8 only).Results The serum CA15-3 and IL-8 levels in patients with negative bone scan(n=35) were not much different from those in controls(P>0.05).The serum levels in patients with bone metastasis on scan(n=48) were significantly higher than those in patients with negative scan and controls(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum CA15-3 and IL-8 levels were well correlated with presence of bone metastasis in patients with breast cancer and measurement of these markers might be of diagnostic and prognostic value.
