术后椎间盘感染的治疗方法与临床分析

目的 探讨术后椎间盘感染的治疗方法.方法 回顾性分析18例术后椎间盘感染患者的临床资料,分析其特点,对治疗方法加以总结.结果 18例术后椎间盘感染患者中,13例经保守抗炎治疗痊愈,5例行微创介入方法治疗取得较好效果；所有18例患者均经过＞6个月随访,主要临床症状消失,白细胞总数及血沉恢复到正常水平,经过康复训练后逐渐恢复正常体力活动.结论 多数术后椎间盘感染经保守抗炎可治愈,对于难治性重度术后椎间盘感染,可优先考虑用微创方法治疗.

Clinical analysis of treatment of postoperative intervertebral discitis

OBJECTIVE To investigate the treatment of postoperative intervertebral discitis.METHODS The clinical data of 18 patients with postoperative intervetebral discitis were retrospectively analyzed,the characteristics and the treatment methods were analyzed and summarized.RESULTS Of 18 patients with postoperative intervetebral discitis investigated,13 cases were cured after conservative anti-inflammatory treatment,5 cases achieved good effect through minimally invasive treatment;after a more than 6-month follow-up for all of the 18 patients,the major clinical manifestations disappeared,the WBC counts and erythrocyte sedimentation rate returned to the normal level and recovered normal physical activity after rehabilitation training.CONCLUSION Most of the cases with postoperative intervertebral discitis could be cured by conservative anti-inflammatory treatment,and for the refractory severe cases,the minimally invasive therapy can be considered as the first priority.
