摘    要:目的 探讨ATP生物荧光法对手术室各类人员进行手卫生依从性的影响.方法 采用现场观察法,观察应用ATP生物荧光法进行现场监测前后手术室各类人员进行手卫生的次数;应用ATP生物荧光法与细菌培养计数分别监测人员手卫生效果,并将观察结果进行比较.结果 应用ATP生物荧光检测法进行现场快速监测.后,手术室各类人员进行手卫生依从性由应用前的81.23%提高至应用后的92.89% (P<0.01),手卫生合格率由应用前81.11%提高至应用后的93.33%(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义.结论 ATP生物荧光法能提高各类人员手卫生依从性和现场监管力度,确保手术患者的安全.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of ATP bioluminescence assay on the hand hygiene compliance of the operating room staff.METHODS By means of on-site observation,the frequency of hand hygiene was observed and recorded before and after applying ATP bioluminescence assay;at the same time,the effects of hand hygiene of the operating room staff were observed by both ATP bioluminescence assay and bacterial culture counts,the results were observed and compared.RESULTS With the application of ATP bioluminescence assay,the hand hygiene compliance was elevated from 81.23% to 92.89%(P<0.01),and the qualified rate of the hand hygiene was raised from 81.11% to 93.33%(P<0.05),the differences were statistically significant.CONCLUSION ATP bioluminescence assay has a positive effect on the improvement of hand hygiene compliance and on-site management strength,which therefore can ensure the safety of surgical patients.
