医院感染质控护士在提高医护人员手卫生依从性中的作用

目的探讨医院感染质控护士在提高医护人员手卫生依从性的过程中所起的作用。方法每病区设1名医院感染质控护士,从知识、态度、社会影响、信念4个方面对所在科室的医护人员实施干预,比较干预前后手卫生依从性和影响因素的变化,以及每床日手卫生用品消耗量的变化。结果干预前后手卫生依从性分别为48.02%、86.98%;知识、态度、社会影响、信念干预前后的正确率分别为46.83%与89.90%、33.61%与79.97%、23.22%与73.23%、36.00%与85.26%;手卫生用品消耗量干预前为(14.14±2.78)ml/床日,干预后为(15.10±2.97)ml/床日,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论从行为学的角度出发,充分发挥医院感染质控护士的作用实施干预措施,可提高医护人员手卫生的依从性。

Role of nurses of infection control in enhancing compliance to hand hygiene

OBJECTIVE To explore the role of infection control nurses in enhancing the compliance to hand hygiene of the medical personnel.METHODS Each ward had a qualified infection control nurse,who implemented interventions on staff in aspects of knowledge,attitude,social influence and belief.The differences before and after intervention of compliance to hand hygiene and influencing factors,as well as consumption of hand hygiene products per bed day were compared.RESULTS Before and after intervention,the compliance rates to hand hygiene were 48.02% and 86.98%;influencing factors included knowledge(46.83% and 89.90%),attitude(33.61% and 79.97%),social influence(23.22% and 73.23%) and belief(36.00% and 85.26%);consumption of hand hygiene products was(14.14±2.78) ml/bed/day and(15.10±2.97) ml/bed/day.The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.001).CONCLUSION From the perspective of behavioral science,nurses of infection control play an important role in the process of implementation of interventions,and thus enhance the hand hygiene compliance.
