非手供一体洁净手术部器械敷料管理流程的建立

目的 探讨非手供一体洁净手术部器械、敷料流通的最佳途径,切实做好手术部的感染管理工作.方法 将复杂的洁净手术部系统,分解为若干模块进行管理,在器械敷料出入模块的管理中,对物品的运输、使用、清洗、打包、灭菌等过程严密监控,做到分工明确、制度健全、洁污彻底分开、流程便捷.结果 实施管理流程后,器械、敷料丢失损坏率下降到历史最低,未发生因无菌包短缺而影响手术的事件及因手术室管理原因而导致的医院感染事件.结论 非手供一体手术室要严格依据感染管理要求和自身建筑特点,规划器械敷料流通的路径和程序,以防止因条件限制而导致工作被动.

Establishment process of instruments and dressing of non-combined operating and supplying laminar airflow operation department

OBJECTIVE To explore the best way of the laminar airflow of dressings and instruments in non-combined operating and supplying operating department so as to ensure the management of nosocomial infections in operating department.METHODS The complex cleaning operating system was divided into a number of modules.In the management module of accessing apparatus and dressings,the goods transportation,using,cleaning,packaging,and the sterilization were closely monitored so as to make a clarified division of labor,sound system,complete separation of the cleaning and pollution and convenient workflow.RESULTS After the implementation of these management modules,the rate of losing and damaging for apparatus and dressings dropped to a notable lower level than ever before.The incidents of nosocomial infections due to the shortage of sterile packages and the management of the operating room did not occurred.CONCLUSION It is necessary to program the approach and the process of the flow of the instruments and dressings in non-combined operating and supplying room based on the requirements of the infection and the architectural features so as to prevent the passive work due to restricted conditions.
