摘    要:目的了解常用手消毒剂对人肠道病毒71型(HEV71)的灭活效果。方法采用悬液定量试验法进行试验观察。结果 A类消毒凝胶和B类手部消毒液分别作用1min和5min,对HEV71灭活对数值均>3.0;C类医用复方手消毒剂分别作用1min和5min,对HEV71灭活对数值均>4.0;自制乙醇甘油消毒液作用1min,对悬液内HEV71灭活对数值达5.5。结论目前市场销售常用手消毒剂对人肠道病毒均能达到消毒效果,自制乙醇甘油(77%乙醇、2%甘油)手部消毒液对人肠道病毒的杀灭效果理想。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the inactivating efficacy of common disinfectants for hands in human enterovirus.METHODS Suspension quantitative test was performed to observe the efficacy of these common disinfectants.RESULTS The reduction factor of HEV71 were exposed to A disinfectant gel and B hand antisepsis for 1min and 5min,the inactivation logarithmic value of HEV71 attained higher than 3.0;the reduction factor of HEV71 was exposed to C synergy disinfectants for 1min and 5min,the inactivation logarithmic value of HEV71 attained higher than 4.0;While reduction factor of HEV71 exposed to the laboratory-made ethanol,glycerin disinfectant for 1min and 5min,the inactivation logarithmic value of HEV71 attained to 5.5.CONCLUSION All the marketable disinfectants have good efficacy in inactivating HEV71,the laboratory-made ethanol and glycerin disinfectants(77% ethanol and 2% glycerin) had the ideal efficacy in inactivating HEV71.
